TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
1. DELIVERY LEAD TIME
10-12 weeks per set of crane c/w installation upon receipt of official order, clarification of all technical details, receipt
of signed approval drawing or payment of down-payment stipulated in the Terms of payment.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
40% upon confirmation of order or receipt of official purchase order
55% upon delivery of crane to site prior to installation
5% upon completion of works and testing & commissioning
Prices subjected to any prevailing G.S.T.
Prices quoted based on Ex-works Singapore (for overseas project)

3. VALIDITY OF OFFER
A) Expires 30 Days from date of quotation.

4. WARRANTY
The period of the mechanical warranty for any part or parts of the products commences on the date of delivery of the
product by the producer; and expires 13 months thereafter, or 12 months after the date of completion of the
installation works, whichever occurs earlier. Such mechanical warranty is given under the condition terms that:
A) the product and all parts of it will be stored, operated and maintained properly and according to Producers
standard instruction.
B) the product or parts of it will be operated within the specification and handled properly.
C) the product is operated in normal condition.
Excluded from the mechanical warranty are these parts:
A) which are consumable/exhaustible item or items to which repair or replacement becomes necessary due to
normal wear and tear;
B) to which repair or replacement becomes necessary due to vandalism;
C) to which repair, alteration or adjustments have been performed or began by the buyer or any third party without
the sellers previous consent.
5. RETENTION OF TITLE CLAUSE
Title of Equipment shall not pass to the Buyer but shall be retained by the Seller until the Contract Price has been paid
to the Seller in full by the Buyer. Until such time as title in the Equipment has passed to the Buyer.

A) The Seller shall have absolute authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with or dispose of all or any part of the
Equipment in which the title remains vested in the Seller.
B) For the purpose specified in item (A) above, the Seller or any of its agents or authorized representatives shall be
entitled at any time without notice to enter upon any premises in which the Equipment or any part thereof is
installed, stored or kept, or is reasonably believed so to be;

C) The Seller shall be entitled to seek a Court Injunction to prevent the Buyer from selling, transferring, shifting or
otherwise disposing of the Equipment.

Notwithstanding the forgoing risk in the Equipment shall pass on delivery of the same to the Customer and, until
such time as title in the Equipment has passed to the Customer, the Customer shall insure such Equipment to its
replacement value noting the Sellers interest on the relevant insurance policy and the Customer shall forthwith,
upon request, provide the Seller with a Certificate or other evidence of such Insurance.
