INSTRUCTIONS
1. Theexaminationwillbeconductedonline.YouwillberequiredtoenterLoginIDandPasswordtoentertheOn
Lineexamsite.PleaseensurethatyourNameandotherdetailswhichwillsubsequentlyappearonthescreenare
correct.
2. Youarerequiredtobringthiscallletteralongwithphotoaffixedthereonandcurrentlyvalidphoto
identity proof in original and self attested photocopy of the photo identity proof. Please note that
your name as appearing on the call letter (provided by you during the process of registration)
should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. Female candidates who
have changed first/last/middle name post marriage must take special note of this. If there is any
mismatch between the name indicated in the Call Letter and Photo Identity Proof you will not be
allowedtoappearfortheexam.Incaseofcandidateswhohavechangedtheirnamewillbeallowed
onlyiftheyproduceGazettenotification/theirmarriagecertificate/affidavit.
3. A handout giving information about the type of examination is available on the website of CONCOR. Please
downloadthehandoutandstudyitcarefully.
4. CandidatesshouldputtheirLeftThumbImpressionclearlyandsignintherespectivespaceprovidedonthecall
letterinthepresenceoftheinvigilator.
5. Biometric data (left thumb impression) will be captured at the examination venue. With regards to the same,
pleasenotethefollowing:
(a) Iffingersarecoated(stampedink/mehndi/coloured...etc),ensuretothoroughlywashthemsothatcoating
iscompletelyremovedbeforetheexamday.
(b) If fingers are dirty or dusty, ensure to wash them and dry them before the finger print (biometric) is
captured.
(c) Ensurefingersofbothhandsaredry.Iffingersaremoist,wipeeachfingertodrythem.
(d) Iftheprimaryfinger(leftthumb)tobecapturedisinjured/damaged,immediatelynotifytheconcernedauthorityinthe
testcentre.

6. Youmustbringaballpointpenwithyou.
7. You are called for the online examination without verifying your personal details viz age, qualification etc.
withyourcertificates.Beforeappearingfortheonlineexamination,youmustensurethatyoufulfilltheeligibility
criteria stipulated by CONCOR in all respects. However, CONCOR will separately take up the verification of
eligibilityconditions(forempanelment)i.e.,Educationalqualification,experience,categoryetc.withreferenceto
originaldocumentsonthebasisofyourperformanceintheonlineexamination.
8. Candidateswillhavetoappearfortheonlineexaminationattheirowncost.
9. Yourresponses(answers)willbeanalysedwithothercandidatestodetectpatternsofsimilarityof
right and wrong answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is
inferred/concluded that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not
genuine/valid,yourcandidaturemaybecancelledand/ortheresultwithheld.
10.Youmustreportattheexaminationvenue30minutesbeforethetimeasprintedonthiscallletter.
Candidatesarrivinglatewillnotbepermittedtoappearfortheonlineexamination.
11. Use of books, notebooks, calculators, watch calculators, pagers, mobile phonesetc. is not permitted in this
examination.Candidatesareadvisednottobringanyofthebanneditemsincludingmobilephones/pagerstothe
venue of examination as safety arrangement cannot be assured. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair
means or malpractice or any misconduct while appearing for the examination including giving/receiving help
to/from any candidate during the examination will be disqualified. The candidate should be vigilant to ensure
thatnoothercandidateisabletocopyfromhis/heranswers.
12. Anyrequestforchangeofdate/session/centre/venuewillnotbeentertained.
13. YoumaypleasenotethatthiscallletterdoesnotconstituteanofferofemploymentwithCONCOR.
14. Anycanvassingbyoronbehalfofthecandidatesortobringpoliticalorotheroutsideinfluencewithregardto
theirselection/recruitmentshallbeconsideredasDISQUALIFICATION.
15. Please note that a candidate is allowed to appear only once in the online examination. Multiple appearance in
online examination will result in cancellation of candidature. In case more than one call letter has been
generated,candidatesareadvisedtoappearonlyonceonthedateandatthetimementionedontherespective
callletter.Allothercalllettersaretobesurrendered.
16. The possibility for occurrences of some problem in the administration of the examination cannot be ruled out
completelywhichmayimpacttestdeliveryand/orresultfrombeinggenerated.Inthatevent,everyeffortwillbe
made to rectify such problem, which may include the conduct of another examination if considered necessary.
Decisionofthetestconductingbodyinthisregardshallbefinal.Candidatesnotwillingtoacceptsuchchange
shallloosehis/hercandidatureforthisexam.
17. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and
storageoftestcontentsinanyformoranyinformationthereininwholeorpartthereoforbyanymeansverbalor
written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in
unauthorisedpossessionoftestcontentislikelytobeprosecuted.
18. PersonswithDisabilities(PWD)shouldcontacttheTestCentreAdministratorofthetestvenueatleast30minutes
beforethetimeofexaminationforassistanceinseating,ifneeded.
19. After the objective type examination,60 minutes Descriptive Paper will be administered immediately thereafter.
Youwillhavetotypeyouranswersonthecomputerusingkeyboard.
