I, man is writing you this letter man to man. I wish discharge or

dissolve this case. It is my understanding that you have as judge

have a duty to be fair. I, man require you to act accordingly. As I

told your appointed legal counsel I dont work for the Arizona

state corporation or any pretend government corporation.

Statutes and codes are not law. They are made for the

administration of government since most of the sheeple are to

ignorant to learn what there inherent, God given rights are. They

fall victim to corporate greed that is drowning this country.

Government can not turn rights into privileges. God has created

every man as equal which means you have no more authority to

tell me what to do than I do you. Yet you have threatened me as

did ms. Leann Roads. You both have injured my property and I a

man require my property to be given back. I objected to the

entire arraignment, I objected to her forcing a plea on me, I object

to you forcing me to come to court. I have harmed no man or

woman, nor have I trespassed against anyone. I, man wish to

resolve this issue in 'good faith'. I, man believe you are good, and

fair, man. I told the legal counsel guy that I did not consent to
him being counsel and it was under duress because I fear for my

life. My life is my property and no man or woman has brought a

claim to say otherwise. I told ms. Roads, as I man am telling you.

I DO NOT CONSENT. I, man show up at court because you

threaten me, and my property. My property, is my life and

everything in it. You are causing harm to me by forcing me to

show up to court that I have no business attending. I tried to

explain this to you, but I cant speak legalese, so I write a notice

out, and you threaten me with contempt. I, man am not WILLIAM

DAVID DUMES. To say I am that 'trust' is fraud for I have no

personal knowledge of that. I, man write this letter to give notice

that I wish to protect the public, in good faith, and settle this

matter. I did not trespass, harm, or injure any man or woman. I

wanted to explain to you, that my name is not WILLIAM DAVID

DUMES. With you forcing me to say it is you are forcing me to

commit fraud. Which makes you an accomplice along with

everyone else in the court room. I have no personal knowledge of

my name. I was told I am from the dumes family, but that is just

hearsay and not admissible in court. By threat for my life and

property. You have proceeded without my consent without

jurisdiction. It is not. I am a man, thats it. The WILLIAM DAVID

DUMES estate trust that you are referring to is not mine, it is not

me. It is you, your trust. I require you to act accordingly

performing your duty as trustee and dissolve it. It is not my trust,

it is not my name. I, man didnt sign any contracts. I have no

contract with the courts or with you. You are the trustee of the

trust not me. I require you to discharge the trust. I, man am an

idiot in the court and do not speak legalese, I cant hope to

understand or stand under anything in your courts. There is no

man or woman making a claim against me, this matter is
