Professional Experience
Training manager with contact center experience which includes the ability to
renovate existing training programs as well as create new curriculum to meet
specific client and program needs. Trained and managed the development of
programs to improve attrition, morale, key performance indicators, and technical
and interpersonal skills of employees.
Prepare and deliver new hire training to any new Education at Work agents

Responsibilities included maintaining and balancing a personal cash drawer and main
vault daily. Secured the financial institution nightly.
Recreational Programmer
Responsible for professional, recreational and supervisory work in directing the activities
of a recreation center. Including weekly planning, site schedules, special events, acting
as a contact person for parents and site administration, assisting with the recruitment of
participants, assuring facilities and equipment are in safe working order, monitoring
program needs, supervising, and acting as a liaison between school administration and
the Recreation office.
