It is with great pleasure that I recommend Ashley Siple for a teaching

position. Ashley is the most excited student Ive ever met about
becoming a teacher. I have worked with Ashley as her UNG Field
Supervisor for the past semester. (Aug.-Nov.)
She has worked in a 4th grade classroom with one other teacher. She
planned and carried out six weeks of lessons including math, literacy,
science, and social studies. She met the needs of students on different
levels, including Esol students. She rotated students from group to
group in order to meet their individual needs. She co taught with her
mentor teacher and at times with the Esol teacher. She did a very
effective job.

Ashley has good rapport with teachers and students. She has a
wonderful ability to relate to students. She would like to take her class
with her when she leaves. She thoroughly enjoyed her student
teaching experience. She always went the extra mile to give her
students unique experiences and wonderful visual aids. She is very
excited when she does her lesson plans. She plans with expert skills,
and with a passion for teaching. She has a very strong work ethic.

Ashley Siple will be an asset to any staff. Shes confident,

knowledgeable, and has seemingly seasoned skills. She will become
an even more effective teacher as she progresses with experience.
