 CHAPTER I
THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

Introduction
This system Database File is about the file of the ordered diesels. Database file
(DBF) that can help and show to find easy the information of the customer how many
gallons of diesels they ordered if they pay them dept the ordered diesel According to the
owner of the store its one day to pay. Its depend on the customer if they want to pay it
cash or debit
The file is a database of information Cases of Security of every customer and client of a
shop or business in other words it is the folder that contain the information to a computer.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This study aimed to determine the Database File in Angelina Refilling Station at 163
Banlat Tandang Sora Quezon City (NOVEMBER-FEBRUARY)
Specifically, it sought answers to the following questions:
1. What they supposed to do for upgrading the business
To obtained wildly continue delivering the product sale
2. Describe the characteristic of the problem in terms of customer list
problems with the list of the customers is sometimes missing since forgotten where land
3. The system that is suited to their problem?
yes the system is to apply to all the information that you can resolve the problem
4. How to use a project based approach in the construction and design of proposed source
material?
The project that this was based on the problems of business they built
5. For where and for what object did the project system is why you did it?
For my studies and I pass my subject and also for the store to be able to help them
facilitate information

ASSUMPTION

The system to be certain that it will help in the shop that my education survey and able to
contribute at all to resolve the problem. It also helps facilitate the depositing of all
information relevant to the customer's available also to determine what time and how
much they paid to have left for them debt or not made the system we have to in case list
that will disappear with manual systems available reserves and will make all things
especially in compute encoding and money

I believe that my research will help more students doing thesis research it was doing was
right and just be able to easily understand for the novice handicap

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION OF THE STUDY

The main focus of this design is about the database file of Refilling station. The system
will be using application. This proposed system has knowledge to perform all the
possible information about the business and the customer. This proposed system will
analyze all the data of the customer that can be needed and calculate the payment of the
customer it will show the all of the money loan that customer given and how much still.
This system will allow only the owner of the refilling store it will connect all reasonable
information of the customer.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The study of DATABASE FILE can be a learning paradigm in the other students of
Bestlink College of the Philippines to enhance the students knowledge and programming
skills as well. The projects goal is designed to help the owner to improve the business,
develop working skills, implement a career plan and participate in a career pathway in
preparation for the customer list information in the refilling station or services sector after
they payment.

DEFINITION OF TERMS
Cable - is used to connect and transfer data between computers and a network.
Customer - A party that receives or consumes products (goods or services) and has the
ability to choose between different products and suppliers.
Database file - definitions define the block size and region count for the five physical
database files (HEDR, HDIR, POST, PDIR, and INDX) that make up a Open Site Search
Database Builder database. These definitions are used to physically create the database
files during the database build process. The database file definitions are required and
appear after the database identification in the database description (.dsc) file.
LAN - A local area network (LAN) is a network that connects computers and other
devices in a relatively small area, typically a single building or a group of buildings.
Most LANs connect workstations and personal computers and enable users to access data
and devices anywhere on the network.
Manager - a person responsible for controlling or administering all or part of a company
or similar organization.
Server - A computer, or a software package, that provides a specific kind of service to
client software running on other computers.
System - a set of connected things or parts forming a complex whole, in particular.
