Price basis : Ex-our works, Gurgaon and are inclusive of packing & forwarding.
Excise Duty : Excise Duty @ 12.5%(Mentioned in the above price)
Sales Tax : CST at 2% against form C ( Mentioned in the above price)
Freight : Domino account.
Insurance : Domino account.
Any other local levies : Will be extra as applicable, to your account.

Printer Installation & : Will be done by Domino Engineer free of cost.
Commissioning Applicable only within India
Mode of Despatch : Through surface courier.

Payment Terms : 100% as advance along with Purchase Order.
Delivery Period : Within 2 ~ 3 weeks from the date of receipt of technically & commercially clear
order
Warranty : Printer -
12 months from the date of installation or 13 months from the date of dispatch,
whichever is earlier, for defects in material or workmanship. This is subject to
coder not damaged because of improper installation or incorrect use or
handling.
The warranty covers all parts except consumables such as ribbon and print head
etc. The defective part(s) will be rectified or replaced Free of Cost. The usage
of ribbons / print head or modification to the printers, which have not been
approved by Domino Printech, shall invalidate the warranty.
Print Head -
Covers electrical failure during the first 6 months of invoice date or 40 km of
ribbon printed whichever comes first. It does not extend to failures caused by
any form of mechanical wear or damage and use of ribbons other then Genuine
Domino ribbons.
Both the warranty terms mentioned above are applicable for installation,
commissioning & usage of printers in India only.
Validity of proposal : 30 days hereof.
