Introduction
The newly designed G8 100/115 sets a new standard in its
class of medium sized pad printing machines. The new
twin wall and open "C" frame design give this printer
unparalleled strength and rigidity enabling it to support an
arsenal of plug and play accessories to accomplish a
variety of pad printing applications.
As good as it was, the previous generation of G2-100
machines were limited to just one or two color printing.
The new G8 100/115 platform, with optional plug and play
accessories can easily be transformed to print one color;
two color printing; four color and long format printing.
The new G8 100/115 machine supports all existing Printex
G2-100 cup, plate and pad mounting components.

Core Features
User Friendliness
As with all Printex standard equipment, the G8 100/115 is equipped with a program-
mable controller and user-friendly touchscreen interface, providing easy access to
all machine functions, set up parameters, production print modes and stored job
settings.
Machine set up is simple, accurate and repeatable thanks to our pin registered/zero
adjust plate adapter system. No tools required.
The XY adjustable pad mounting system makes for quick pad to plate alignments.
An adjustable XYZ work table allows for easy print placement location.
Versatility
Modular by design and PLC controlled, the G8 100/115 stands ready to perform in
both manual and automated environments.
The on board programmable controller enables this printer to drive semi automatic
tooling and rotary indexing tables. It can also be easily integrated in to full blown
automated production lines.
A quick change "plug and play" transverse cup drive and plate system enables the
G8 100/115 to print long format art work up to 10 inches

The G8 100/115 can easily be configured from a standard one color printer to perform two color; four
color; and transverse long format printing with optional turn key plug and play conversion kits.
The flexibility of this printer is increased by a factor of three.

accepts both 100mm and 115mm ink cups and
"0" adjust, pin registered plate systems.

The two color plug and play conversion kit includes:
Two position automatic pad slide assembly with twin XY
adjustable pad adapters.
Two 85mm ink cups and drive pins. (Both pre inked pads
shuttle over the stationary part to perform the
two color print operation).
Two 85mm pin registered "0" adjust plate adapters.

G8 100/115 configured for four color printing

The four color plug and play conversion kit includes:
Four up dove tailed pad mount bus bar.
Four XY adjustable pad adapters.
Four up cup drive bus bar.
Four 60mm ink cups and drive pins.
One (four up "0" adjust plate bed). Transverse cup for narrow artwork up to 10 inches long.
Four 60mm pin registered plate adapters.
One servo drive linear indexer with base plate and fixture mount.

programmable controllers with expandable
I/O capability and touch screen control. The
programmable controller has standard
interface programs enabling the printer to
function as host or slave in a variety of
automation situations.
G8-100/115 integrated to a carousel indexer with inline
corona discharge pretreatment.

Electrical Interface
All Printex machines have a 19 pin quick
connect electrical port for easy electrical
connection to optional plug and play
accessories or host systems.

Mechanical Interface
Our design philosophy is modularity. The
small footprint of this machine allows for
integration in tight spaces. The mechanical
base plate is engineered to facilitate
mounting of this printer in diverse configu-
rations including: on to a stand; an XYR
adjustatable stage, or directly on to a
host system. G8-100/115 configured as slave to a vibratory bowl feed
system with robotic part load and unload to clamping fixtures,
inline pretreatment via corona discharge and heated drying
