At the end of the school year 2015-2016

I. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
1. Seventy five percent (75%) of the grade four pupils have achieved 75% proficiency in
ENGLISH 6, HKS 6, and EKAWP .
2. Raised the School MPS in ENGLISH 6, HKS , and and EKAWP 6 achievement test.
3. Participated in different contests such as English Press Conference, Kasalo, Read-a-thon and other
contest recognized by the department of education.
4. Make improvised instructional materials related to the course of study.

II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT

1. Attend faculty meetings, conferences and workshops related to the subject.
2. Accomplish daily lesson plan.
3. Equip teachers with latest teaching strategies.
4. Submit reports.
5. Maintain students discipline inside the classroom.

III. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

1. Prepare lesson plans with instructional materials.
2. Integrate moral values in the lesson.
3. Construct and administer pre-test, Preliminary, Quarterly test and Post Test.
4. Provide activities and exercises appropriate for the level of the students.
5. Develop a module designed to cater the needs of every student.

IV. PHYSICAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT

1. Improve the learning-teaching environment.
2. Help in implementing the ecological solid waste management.
3. Repair and re-condition wrecked fixtures in the room.

V. CULTURAL AND SPORTS DEVELOPMENT

1. Participate in any division sports competition recognized by the department.
2. Attend cultural and outdoor activities.

VI. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

1. Help organize the GPTA.
2. Render voluntary services in the community when needed.
3. Join school and other community programs like earthquake drill, RDT and other health and sanitation
campaign.

future of their children by encouraging them to study well and be disciplined in facing the
