To Whom It May Concern:

I have worked closely with Ben Douglas during his three years at Nitro High School. It is
clear to me that Ben is an exceptionally motivated and talented young man whom I
firmly believe will be successful in whatever he pursues. He has successfully completed
the four courses required to be a Management and Administration Support Completer
and I have had the pleasure of having him in my Principles of Business and Marketing
and Personal Finance classes.

Ben is a bright and personable individual. He is self-motivated and highly capable of

achieving any goal he sets his mind to. He also welcomes leadership opportunities and
meets deadlines on time. During classroom discussions, he is a student you can count on
to answer difficult questions no one else can, his overall grades and test scores are very
high, and the quality of his work is substantial in thought and structure. As my student
Ben has completed numerous projects; including, an Entrepreneurship Innovation Plan,
an online Stock Market Challenge, and a comprehensive Personal Budget.

Ben is a well-rounded student who is able to balance academics and extracurricular

activities. It takes an organized individual with superior time-management skills to be
able to perform all of these activities at the level Ben consistently maintains. There is no
doubt in my mind that Ben has great potential. He has his eyes set on success and has
demonstrated this through wise selection of challenging academic courses and
extracurricular activities contributing to her personal growth.

Again, it gives me great pleasure to recommend Ben as I know he will be an asset to any
