Services Rendered

Kosi Travel Company agrees to liquidate and cancel the Timeshare Vacation Interested by Bluegreen
Resorts, owned by Ruth Allen (Hereby Known as The Customer). Including the dissolution of all debt,
billing, late fees, assessments and all other cost.

Any Refunds accessed threw liquidation or sale shall be given to the customer in full and not collected
as profit by Kosi Travel Company.

Risked Assumption
The Customer understands that the liquidation process is a lengthy process that may require a minimum
6 months or more. Kosi Travel Company does not guarantee or promise any specific refunds or returns.
Kosi Travel Company Cannot guarantee any contract may be canceled in an exact time, day or time
frame.

Limitation Of Liability
The Customer May Cancel this agreement at anytime for any reason. At the time The Customer
Cancels this document, all cost, payments and monies paid to Kosi Travel Company will be kept and
may not be refunded. Kosi Travel Company holds the right to cancel this agreement at anytime for any
reason in the event the customer cannot pay for the cost of service, the customer goes out of the
boundaries of the services rendered, The Customer fails to provide Kosi Travel with the necessary
documents to provide Services Rendered or The Customer fails to follow up with Kosi Travel
Company and sign the Final Notice Of Intent. The customer agrees to take no force or effect or to sue
Kosi Travel Company for any reason or in the event a refund may not be secured or Service Cannot Be
Rendered...

Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for paying Kosi Travel Company 2,500$ for the Services Rendered above.
A Minimum Deposit of 500$ must be collected before services may begin. The remaining 2,500$ may
be financed at 3% interest at 500$ per month until the balance is paid. Balance must be paid before
Timeshare Interest can be canceled and Refunds may be collected.

In Addition, Customer is fully responsible for providing Kosi Travel Company with copies of all the
necessary paperwork to Provide Service, including a copy of Timeshare Title, Finance Documentation
and Travel History.

Lastly, the customer is responsible for following up with Kosi Travel Company to Sign the Official
Notice of Intent for Timeshare Cancellation.

I UNDERSTAND THIS IS A LEGAL CONTRACT AND I AGREE TO AND UNDERSTAND THE

CONTENTS OF THIS DOCUMENT AND HOW IT EFFECTS ME AND MY RIGHTS.
