    This document provides equations for calculating slope, intercept, concentration, amount, and percent drug release from absorbance data. Slope is calculated from the log of two Y values over the difference in two X values. Intercept is where the standard plot intersects the Y-axis. Concentration is calculated from absorbance minus intercept divided by slope. Amount is concentration multiplied by 900.
