Technical Inspection Guidelines for f. Plinth Band
The RCC, timber, Bamboo or other approved construction material band which is kept after the

Inspection Team and to re-inspect already inspected houses.

d. Third Party Monitoring Team


The engineers or technical team appointed from NRA or related donor agencies to check the overall
quality of the reconstruction and the activities of Technical Assistance Team, Technical Inspection
Team and Inspection Supervision Team.

e. Grant Agreement
The agreement between beneficiary and VDC/Municipality to receive the grant support for housing
reconstruction based on grant distribution guidelines, 2072.
