Claim is to be admitted by the Company under Section I Loss or Damage to

the Vehicles Insured of the Policy

Product shall not be applicable in the event of Total Loss/ Constructive Total
Loss of the vehicle insured under the Policy

The product can only be offered to a customer purchasing Maruti Policy

Vehicle should only be used for private purpose. (i.e. no commercial usage)

This product is available only at time of purchase of policy & cannot be

incorporated /endorsed in the middle of the year

Claim amount confirmation issued by the Insurance Company on your own

damage claim will form the basis for calculation of the above compensation

Period of validity of Zero Depreciation is identical to period of regular

insurance policy with two claims in a year under Zero Dep plan

Normal wear and tear not covered

Subject otherwise to the terms, exceptions, conditions and limitations of this

Policy.

Compulsory deductible will be there as per normal practice
