Through the execution of the main objective of the project, we aim to obtain the following
impact:

1. The impact on the direct recipients.

a. The teachers in the project teams (35 teachers)


a1. Management skills developed through european projects and school partnerships
a2. The development of social, civic, intercultural, collaboration and teamwork skills
a3. The development of IT skills and the deepen of the english language

b. The teachers who participate in the LTTA (47 teachers)


b1. Superior professional skills (setting up a training program, the approach of
interdisciplinary or cross-curricular activities, using a set of non-formal methods in
education, participating in activities inside a partnership and an european project)
b2. A better quality of their own professional activity, with professional and personal
satisfactions
b3. A set of oportunities on their personal, professional and career development
b4. The improvement of their linguistic, social and cultural skills
b5. A positive attitude about a creative and open-approach of school education, as well
as the relation and the exchange of practices with teachers from other european
countries
b6. The awareness about the membership inside the european space
b7. The increase of self-esteem and of the trust in the possibility for personal and
institutional development, through european projects.

c. The students who participate in the LTTA (53 students)


c1. The development of their analysis and synthesis capabilities, transversal competences
developed through the participation to international learning activities and to a creative and
motivating training program
c2. Social, civic and intercultural skills, negociating skills and teamwork

c4. A positive attitude about the cooperation and colaboration with students from other
european countries
c5. The awareness about the membership inside the european space, as well as of the

2. The impact on target groups

a. Teachers from the partner schools involved in the coordonation of the RAINBOW over
our world training program
a1. Superior professional skills on the management of an extensive, cross-curricular training
program, as well as using non-formal methods
a2. A better quality of their own professional activity, with professional and personal
satisfactions

a4. The increase of self-esteem and of the trust in the possibility for personal and
institutional development, through european projects.

b. Students from the partner schools who are involved in the coordination of the training
program (447 students)

b2. The increase of motivation on school activities, as well as the development of their own
skills
b3. The development on transversal competences, through the participation to a series of
activities in which inovative strategies will be used
b4. The development of social, civic and intercultural skills
b5. A non-discriminatory attitude in the relation with other participants

c. The impact on special-needs students involved in the project (at least 100 students)

Beside the impact targeted for all the students who benefit directly or those who are part of
the target group of the project, for the special-needs students we aim for an increase on
their self-esteem, on their trust in themselves and on their wish to get involved in various
activities. This impact will be reached through the extent usage of media in all of the project
activities, through the organization of activities adapted to their specific needs, as well as
through the support given to those students who have financial problems. This way, the
special-needs students will get involved as much as possible in all of the project activities.

3. The impact on the partner schools

A better curriculum offer, which will propose a cross-curricular training program, adapted
to the needs of the disadvantaged groups, as well as to the needs of the disabled
students, using formal and non-formal teaching methods, that are more attractive to the
students
A non-discriminatory, dynamic environment, more open to the collaboration with other
european schools, ready to integrate a series of methods, strategies and new content,
adapted to the specific of the students.
A better quality of education and a more performing management, adapted to european
and international strategies

H1.b

1. The impact on local communities and partner schools


The partner schools will offer various models on good practice and will become a source
of examination through the disemination activities and by offering to other schools from
their communities an inovative and motivating training program for both students and
teachers.
The partner schools will produce better trained graduates.
The growth in quality of education offered by a school from each community will imply a
local growth in quality of education and a development of the european and international
nature.
2. The impact at a national and european level

The impact foreseen at a local level shall be realised at a national and european level as
weel, because all final products, including the training program guide, will be published on
the projects website, on the eTwinning blog and on the partner schools websites.
Also, the impact on the teachers and the students involved in the projects, as well as the
impact made on the parner schools will have a multiplying effect, in the development of
european skills and cooperation.

The measurement of the impact


1. On the direct recipients

a. The teachers in the project teams


- The team sizes : at least 35 teachers from 8 partner schools
- The impact will be measured through the quality of the projects management,
evaluated in the scores received in the final report (minimum 80 points)

b. The teachers who participate in the LTTA


- The number of the participants at least 47 teachers

b1. The quality of the portfolios at the end of the LTTA and at the end of the training program
b2. The CVs, the professional folder
b3. The Europass CV, certificate of Europass mobility
b4, 5,6,7 revealed in the activity reports and in the impact or satisfaction questionaires at
least 80% of the teachers will highlight these types of impact, both personally and
professionally.

c. Students who participate in the LTTA


- At least 53 participants
C1. The quality of the portfolios made during the LTTA, as well as those evaluated at the
end of the training program, Europass mobility certificate
C2-c6. Highlighted through impact and satisfaction questionnaires at least 80% of the
students will highlight these types of impact, both personally and professionally.

2. the impact on target groups

a. the teachers from the partner schools who are involved in the RAINBOW over our world
training program
- the number of participants at least 30 teachers

A1 a3. The personal portfolio from the end of the training program, Europass CV
A4. highlighted in the activity reports and through impact and satisfaction
questionnaires at least 80% of the teachers will highlight these types of impact, both
personally and professionally

b4-b5 impact and satisfaction questionnaires that will highlight these values and
attitudes at minimum 80% of the participants

c. the impact on the special-needs students who were involved in the project
- a minimum of 100 students

and in the chances for personal development
