QUALIFICATIONS: Adeptly versed in the clinical trial process with seven years of oncology research
experience, which include two years of on-site monitoring of Phase II IV studies. Qualifications
include but are not limited to: thorough knowledge of ICH guidelines, GCP, and the Code of
Federal Regulations pertaining to clinical research (21 CFR), solid understanding of the IRB and
regulatory processes, proficient computer skills with good working knowledge of multiple EDC and
eCRF programs, AE/SAE reporting systems, RECIST response review criteria, and currently a
member and certified through the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA).

Nevada Cancer Research Foundation Las Vegas, NV
Travel to multiple local investigator sites to monitor and report on performance of subjects on
multiple oncology trials. Site visits include initiation, interim, and close-out visits.
Maintenance of regulatory documentation and compliance, source document verification,
monitoring of patient recruitment, and performing drug accountability during site visits.
Assure timely reporting of AEs/SAEs and protocol violations, and maintaining timely and
effective communication with investigator sites and with sponsor teams.
Training of site staff regarding adherence to all protocol requirements, ICH/GCP guidelines,
and company & sponsor SOPs.

Patient / Study Coordinator 2008-2010


Childrens Specialty Center Las Vegas, NV
Worked under the auspices of the Principal Investigator and the Sub-Investigator to coordinate
care for subjects enrolled in Childrens Oncology Group (COG) trials.
Managed patient care visits, procedures, and appropriate treatments in compliance with the
protocol.
Worked closely with the CRA and PI to track and report AE/SAEs.

Polysomnographic Technician 2005-2006


Sierra Sleep Technologies
Maintained compliance to protocols for subjects under sponsor related IND and IDE trials for
sleep-disordered breathing such as sleep apnea.
Performed sleep studies (PSGs) to help diagnose and treat patients with sleep disorders and
sleep-disordered breathing. PSGs include the application and monitoring of EEG, EOG, ECG,
EMG, and PO2.
Performed treatment and titration of CPAP/BiPAP for subjects with sleep-disordered breathing
per protocol standards.
