B.Ed. THIRD METHODOLOGY EXAMINATIONS

(REGULAR 2015-2016 BATCH & BACKLOG STUDENTS OF 2014-2015 BATCH)

It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the

B.Ed. Third Methodology Annual Theory Examinations of Regular 2015-2016 Batch &
Backlog candidates 2014-2015 under the Jurisdiction of the University will be held in
the month of September 2016. The detailed Time-Table will be notified in due course.

The schedule for payment of Examination fee and submission of Application

forms duly completed in all respects at the Office of the Concerned Director, for B.Ed. &
M.Ed. Distance Mode, IASE, OU

Last date for payment of Examination fee Thursday

and submission of Examination Application forms 18-08-2016

Last date for payment of Examination fee with Wednesday

Late Fee Rs 200/-and submission of Examination 24-08-2016
Application forms

Fee Structure for regular Candidates (2015-2016):

The prescribed Examination fee is Rs. 1135/- + Rs 300 (Processing fee) + Rs.100/-
(Pass Certificate Cum Memo of Marks) = Total fee Rs.1535/-

Fee structure For Backlog Candidates (2014-2015) :

The prescribed Examination fee is Rs. 1135/- + Rs.100/-

(Pass Certificate Cum Memo of Marks) = Total fee Rs.1235

***** The Examination Application Forms (EAF) are to be submitted online through college
login. Also, hardcopy of the same may be downloaded and submitted to the Examination
Branch duly signed by the student and the principal concerned along with photocopy of
qualifying examination. Xerox copies of Examination Application Forms & Photographs will
not be considered.
General conditions to the Students:-

1. Candidates are advised to enclose the Xerox copies of their Qualifying

B.Ed Examination Certificates to their application forms. Migration Certificate
(Original) & Rs.250/- towards Migration fee has to be paid by other than OU
candidates
2. Not to collect the Exam fee from Blind, Physically Disabled, Deaf & Dumb
students as per O.U Order No. 1555/228/2007-08/Budget-V, dated: 25-03-2008. A
Xerox Copy of Medical Certificate confirming their status as Handicapped
(minimum percentage of disability must be of 40%) must be attached to the
Application forms. Blind, Physically Disabled, Deaf & Dumb Students
Application forms should be submitted separately along with Separate Nominal
Roll

General conditions to the Director:-

3. Failed candidates are advised to enclose the Xerox copies of B.Ed Third
Methodology Memo of Marks of Earlier Examinations.

3. The Director, for B.Ed & M.Ed Distance Mode, IASE, OU is requested to verify
and forward all the Application forms to the Controller of Examinations,
immediately,

4. The Director is requested to send all the application forms along with the name
list, fee particulars in prescribed Performa and subject wise data in duplicate.

5. A Penal fee of Rs.5, 000/- per day shall be levied if the college fails to submit the
examination application forms within the stipulated date i.e. on or before
24-08-2016.

6. No Examination application form will be entertained after the scheduled date.

7. Final Lesson Practical Award lists should be submitted in the Examination Branch
before commencement of Theory Examinations through the Chairperson, B.O.S in
Education, IASE, OU.

8. As a part of the Core banking system all the students are hereby instructed to
deposit Examination fee into their respective College Director Accounts only
(Students are advised not to obtain the DD in favour of the Controller of
Examinations, OU)

9. The concerned Principals are requested to deposit (credit)/transfer the

Consolidated Examination fee amount into Registrar, Osmania University
Examination fee Fund A/c No:52198262033 in any branch of State Bank of
Hyderabad through NEFT/RTGS and obtain a receipt from the bank and submit
the same to the Examination Branch, OU along with application forms. No
Demand Drafts are accepted at core Banking section at Exam Branch.

NOTE: As per notification, not eligible students numbers will be deleted/removed

from result process at any time, if Hall Ticket issued.
