ABSTRACT

This system is basically designed to resolve

various problems that arise while getting
information related to the college academic
and other activities.Going to the notice board
and searching for the required notice is a time
consuming job. Students and most faculties
remain mostly unaware about extra curricular
activities. So this software would basically
create awareness regarding the current
activities. will be a nice replacement to get rid
from the inconvenience created because of
daily placing a new notice on the notice board.
With the help of this software a great amount
of workload of the notice inchargers will be
reduced.

INTRODUCTION

Notice board mainly depicts the current

activities and necessary information to be
conveyed to the required faculties and
students. Placing notices on the notice board
daily is difficult and much time consuming.
Most of the faculties and students remain
unaware about seminars, training and
placement information, sports activities,
upcoming events, result and other necessary
details.
Those who want to publish important
information, which would be of use to the
students, teaching community and all those
who are involved in educational sector can
upload through this software in assurance with
the incharged faculty. Creating a system to
automate the display of notices, would be more
flexible than the earlier system.

OBJECTIVE

This software provides solution to the above

stated problems upto a possible extent, by
automating all the work through this
management software. By this we will be able
to resolve all the above mentioned problems.

Quick Display: Through this software

current information will be displayed in a short
time.Also the higher authorities would be able
to convey their message sooner.

Rapid Development: Students and

faculties will be aware of curricular and
academic activities. Students response will
increase. Students will also be able to place
their notices for other students without any
inconvenience. Modification: Changes can be
done easily (Also older notices can be
preserved for future references).
 Decrease in workload: Daily placing a new
notice will not be a difficult task which will
decrease the workload up to a possible extent.

FUTURE SCOPE

Our project would be feasible for all the

educational institutes for conveying their
messages to the students and faculty
members.This software would help them to
avoid the inconvenience. The basic facility
provided by this project would be immediate
display of latest information on education
related policies and events. The database of
this project would basically contain the details
about college and academic and other
necessary notices. This database would need
to be updated with time.

The advantages of this software are many and

it will serve numerous purposes. Some of them
