[Survey]

Yo Renzo! Here's the culture survey from Ma'am. You'll use this to make the questionnaire
itself. Please include all necessary wordings and instructions, just like how we make surveys
in Google Forms. Kindly include the questions for the Person-Organization Fit Scale (which
you uploaded recently).

Please integrate both surveys/sets of questions such that the 1st part is the Culture Survey,
and the 2nd part is the Person-Org Fit Scale. Please do/type this in MS Word. Format is up to
you.

Afterwards, kindly upload the tentatively finished questionnaire here in the group by tomorrow
afternoon (preferably by 5 PM), So that we may check, and send it to Ma'am asap.

If you have questions, comment them here. Thanks man!
