Hannah has developed a very good grasp on the content area in third grade. Her lesson development has consistently
used very thoughtful questioning and assessment all age-appropriate. Hannah always developed very respectful tasks
and assessments.

Hannah is very aware of the needs of each student and adjusted instruction readily to meet those needs. Her main goal
is still to feel more comfortable with the pacing of her lesson. If a lesson takes longer than expected Hannah must
become more confident compacting instruction in later lessons to accommodate the schedule. It is o.k. to stop and
lesson and continue the next day.

Hannah's instructional delivery continues to be very proficient. I have been very impressed with the amount of reflection
Hannah puts into her instructional process. She is continually considering what worked well and what could possibly be
done differently the next day. This has given her more confidence in her delivery.

in a timely manner.

Hannah manages the classroom very well. She is has continued to set a very positive tone in the classroom. I do
believe that she would benefit from using a timer more for transitions. The "student picker" is a great tool to use with
third graders to keep students actively engaged and alter, more ready to participate in whole group instruction.

Hannah has earned a reputation at our school a professional colleague. Her actions have garnered the attention of the
administration, specialists and grade-level teachers. All would agree that Hannah is on her way to a very successful
career as an educator. As a cooperating teacher I am very excited to welcome Hannah to our profession. She has
demonstrated that she has "it". She has been called to teaching.

Hannah knows exactly where her students are academically. She has communicated that not only with me but also the
students and parents. I feel very comfortable with the progress that they have made while Hannah has been instructing.
Also, I feel very confident that as I take over I know exactly where my students are and how to proceed once Hannah
moves on to her next placement.
