FOR COMPLETION INSPECTION

A. Holding BP:-

a. For obtaining Final / Partial BCC:

The following documents to be submitted in PDF through ePermit

site - eBCC module prior to inviting CED for final inspection to
obtain a BUILDING COMPLETION CERTIFICATE.

1. Consultant Covering Letter (see the attached standard

format-A1).
2. Clients Undertaking Letter (see the attached standard
format-A2).
3. EHS NOC Building Completion.
4. BU NOC for Business Units Projects.
[Business Units refers to DMCC, Nakheel, Limitless, Dubai
Water Fronts]

b. For obtaining NOC for DEWA Purpose:

The following documents to be submitted in PDF through ePermit

site - eBCC module prior to inviting CED for preliminary
inspection to obtain NOC for DEWA purpose:

1. Consultant Covering Letter (see the attached standard

format-A3).
2. EHS: NOC to Trakhees CED: DEWA POWER & WATER
SUPPLY.

B. Holding NOC:-

For obtaining Completion Certificate for Modifications / Fitout /

Renovation works / Racking System, the following documents to be
submitted in PDF through eMail: Ced.Bcc@Trakhees.ae prior to inviting
CED for inspection to obtain a COMPLETION CERTIFICATE.

1. Client Covering Letter (see the attached standard format-A4)

2. Contractor Covering Letter (see the attached standard format-A5)
3. EHS NOC Building Completion.
4. Application for the Completion Certificate (see the attached
standard format-A6).
N.B: The premises shall not be occupied for the purpose of conducting
business until the Completion Certificate is obtained. All the relevant
documents shall be produced on site at the time of inspection.
