The following is a learning contract between Stephanie Sieminski and

Shavonne Brathwaite of Mosaic. The learning contract has goals and

learning outcomes set by Wilmington University for the Guided Practicum in

Administration of Human Services 8100 class. There are additional goals and

learning outcomes set by Stephanie Sieminski for her to accomplish

throughout her time of the internship with Mosaic. These learning goals are

to serve as a guide in maximizing the practicum experience.

Goal: Activities/Measurement:
