Descriere Produsele POLIDUR E 3900 sunt emailuri poliuretanice bicomponente pe baza de rasini
Description acrilice. Excelenta rezistenta la intemperii; rezistenta buna la medii alcaline, slab acide si
apa; rezistenta buna la produse petroliere (uleiuri minerale, benzina, motorina, parafina,
hidrocarburi, s.a.); rezistenta buna la solventi; putere de acoperire buna; excelenta
retentie a culorii si luciului; excelenta rezistenta la abraziune si soc; usor de reacoperit
dupa o lunga expunere atmosferica; foarte buna duritate si elasticitate; poate fi usor
supravopsit in timp.
POLIDUR E 3900 products are two -component polyurethane enamels based on acrylic resins.
Excellent resistance to weather conditions; good resistance to alkaline, low acid medium and water;
good resistance to petroleum products (mineral oil, petrol, gas oil, paraffin, hydrocarbons, etc.); good
resistance to solvents; good hiding power; excellent colour and gloss retention; good abrasion and
impact resistance; easy to re-coat after a long atmospheric exposure; very good hardness and
elasticity; easy to re-paint in time.

Utilizare Produsele E 3900 sunt indicate ca strat final in sistemele de protectie a reperelor din metal
Recommended use care se exploateaza in mediu marin, in industria petroliera, industria chimica si industria
alimentara, care lucreaza in medii cu agresivitate clasa 1m- 4m.
Sunt utilizate pentru:
-finisari de vagoane, lucrari de vopsitorie CFR, cum ar fi protectia anticoroziva a podurilor
metalice de cale ferata, a instalatiilor si a elementelor metalice de la linia de contact;
-protectia masinilor agricole;
-protectia exterioara a rezervoarelor si conductelor de apa potabila, lichide alimentare,
produse petroliere, ape reziduale;
-in domeniul naval la suprastructura navelor si platformelor marine;
-protectia containerelor, cisternelor, etc.;
-protectia instalatiilor, tablourilor electrice, etc.;
-protectia constructiilor metalice diverse: poduri, macarale, structuri de rezistenta.
Sunt recomandate pentru protejarea suprafetelor exploatate la exterior sau interior,
conferindu-le acestora un aspect placut. Sunt utilizate pentru acoperirea suprafetelor
grunduite, precum si pentru intretinerea sau repararea suprafetelor care au mai fost
vopsite.
E 3900 products are recommended as final coat in protective systems for metal parts exploited in
marine environment, oil industry, chemical industry and food industry, which work in environments
with aggressiveness of 1m - 4 m class.
They are used for:
-finishing of wagons, railway painting works like metallic railway bridges anticorrosive protection,
installations and metallic elements of the contact line;
-protection of agricultural machines;
-outside protection of tanks and pipes of drinking water, food liquids, petroleum products, waste
water;
-within the field of ships to ships superstructure and marine platforms;
-protection of containers, tanks, etc.;
-protection of installations, electric boards, etc.;
-protection of different metallic constructions: bridges, cranes, resistance structures.
They are recommended for metallic surfaces protection, exploited outdoors or indoors providing a
pleasant aspect. They are used for coating of primed surfaces and for maintaining or repairing
previously painted surfaces.

PREGATIREA Gradul de pregatire a suportului este determinant in obtinerea performantelor sistemului
SUPRAFETEI de protectie.Suportul nu trebuie sa aiba defecte de suprafata (suprapuneri de material,
SURFACE fisuri, stropi de sudura, etc.).
PREPARATION Suprafete metalice noi: sablare la gradul Sa 2 in conformitate cu SRENISO 8501-1:2002
sau 2 conform STAS 10166 / 1- 77, pregatirea suprafetei realizandu-se in conformitate cu
SRENISO 8504-1:2002, SRENISO 8504-2:2002, SRENISO 8504-3:2002.
Se desprafuieste apoi suprafata cu aer comprimat. Pentru protectii temporare se va utiliza
shopprimer (ex:G 3202-1 sau GSP 3273). Defectele care apar la protectia cu shopprimer
sau diferitele contaminari ivite in intervalul de timp dintre depozitare si fabricatie vor fi
remediate inaintea aplicarii sistemului final de protectie. Pentru reparatii si finisari utilizati
grunduri seria G 3200S, seria G 3201, G 3202-1, seria G 3900.
Suprafete metalice vechi : indepartarea vopselei vechi, degresarea cu detergent,
indepartarea sarii sau a altor contaminanti prin curatare cu apa la presiune ridicata,
sablare la minim Sa 2 sau curatare mecanica la gradul St 3 (periere energica in directii
perpendiculare), desprafuire.

The degree of substrate preparation is decisive for the protective system performance. The
substrate should not present surface defects (material overlapping, cracks, welding drops, etc.).
New metallic surfaces: abrasive blasting at Sa 2 in accordance with SRENISO 8501-1:2001 or 2 in
accordance with STAS 10166 / 1 -77, surface preparation is achieved in accordance with SREN ISO
8504-1:2002, SREN ISO 8504-2:2002, SREN ISO 8504-3:2002.Then the surface is dedusted with
compressed air. For temporary protection, if required, use shopprimer (e.g.: G 3202-1 or GSP 3273).
All damages of shopprimer and contamination from storage and fabrication should be cleaned prior
to the final painting. For repair and touch-up use the primers G 3200S series, G 3201 series,
G 3202-1, G 3900 series.
Old metallic surfaces: removal of the existing paint, degreasing with detergent, removal of salt or
other contaminants by high pressure fresh water cleaning, abrasive blasting, minimum Sa 2 or
mechanical cleaning at St3 (strong brushing in perpendicular directions), dedusting.

CONDITII DE Emailurile E 3900 se vor aplica pe suprafete curate si uscate, ce vor avea temperaturi
APLICARE peste temperatura punctului de roua, pentru evitarea condensarii umiditatii pe suport.
APPLICATION Umiditatea relativa va fi de max. 70%. Aplicarea decurge in conditii optime daca se
CONDITIONS asigura o temperatura a mediului ambiant si a amestecului de 10 -30C.
E 3900 enamels should be applied only on dry and clean surfaces with temperatures above the dew
point temperature in order to avoid condensation. The relative humidity should be of max. 70%.
Application is made under optimal conditions if is ensured a temperature of the ambient environment
and mixture of 10-30C.

Observatie Emailurile seria E 3900 sunt destinate acoperirilor profesionale.

E 3900 series enamels are destined to professional uses.

INSTRUCTIUNI DE Se conditioneaza componentii la temperatura de 10-30C, se omogenizeaza bine si apoi


APLICARE se prepara amestecul:100 parti (masic) email + 20 parti (masic) intaritor (pentru E 3900)
APPLICATION sau 15 parti (masic) intaritor(pentru E 3900SL si E 3900SM) sau 10 parti (masic)
INSTRUCTIONS intaritor(pentru E 3900M).Dupa prereactie si inainte de aplicare se dilueaza amestecul in
proportiile recomandate sau in proportiile necesare pentru a obtine grosimile de pelicula
cerute.
Astfel pregatite, emailurile seria E 3900 se pot aplica:
-pe suprafete metalice care au mai fost acoperite, pregatite corespunzator;
-ca strat final in sistemele de protectie epoxidice ale suprafetelor din otel, peste grundurile
epoxidice (de ex.: seriile G 3202-1, G 3201, G 3200S), grund cu etilsilicat G 4101,
grunduri poliuretanice seria G 3900;
-pe suprafete metalice neferoase (zinc, aluminiu, s.a.), pregatite mecanic corespunzator
(sablare, periere, slefuire, s.a.) si tratate cu grunduri reactive (de ex.: seria G 4100P).
Straturile succesive de email seria E 3900 se pot aplica:
-dupa uscarea completa la aer (24 ore la 20C) a stratului anterior;
-in sistem ud/ud, aplicat prin pulverizare, la 20 minute dupa aplicarea stratului anterior.
The components should be conditioned at 10-30C, thoroughly homogenized and then the mixture
should be prepared as follows: 100 parts (by weight) enamel + 20 parts (by weight) curing agent (for
E 3900) or 15 parts (by weight) curing agent(for E3900SL and E 3900SM) or 10 parts (by weight)
curing agent(for E 3900M). After pre-reaction time and before application the mixture should be
thinned in recommended proportions or in necessary proportions for obtaining the required thickness
of the film.
Thus prepared the E 3900 series enamels can be applied:
-over metallic surfaces coated before, properly prepared;
-as top coat in epoxy protective systems for steel substrates, over epoxy primers (e.g.: G 3202-1,
G 3201, G 3200S), ethylsilicate primers (e.g.: G 4101), polyurethane primers (e.g.: G 3900 series).
-over non-ferrous metallic surfaces (zinc, aluminium, etc.) properly mechanical prepared (blasting,
brushing, polishing, etc.) and treated with reactive primers (e.g.: G 410OP).
Successive coats of E 3900 enamel can be applied as follows:
-after complete air drying (24 hours at 20C) of the previous coat;
-in wet-on-wet system, applied by spraying, 20-30 minutes after previous coat application.

REACOPERIRE In conditiile unei ventilatii suficiente, intervalele optime de reacoperire, pentru grundurile
RE-COATING ce constitue baza unui sistem de vopsire cu emailuri seria E 3900, la temperatura de 20C
sunt urmatoarele (grosime de strat uscat de 50 m - pentru grundurile seria G 3900, seria
G 3200S, seria G 3201, G 3202-1 sau G 4101 si 15 -20 m - pentru grunduri reactive :
seria G 4100P):
Under conditions of sufficient ventilation, the optimum re-coating intervals, for the primers which
make up the base of a painting system with E 3900 series enamels, at 20 temperature (50 m dry
film thickness - for the primers: G 3900 series, G 3200S series, G 3201series, G 3202-1 or G 4101
and 15 -20 m - for reactive primers: G 4100P series ) are as follows:

Observatii Inainte de reacoperire, dupa expunerea in medii contaminate, suprafetele vor fi bine
Remarks curatate prin spalare cu jet de apa la presiune ridicata, urmata de uscare. In cazul
depasirii intervalului maxim de reacoperire, se va proceda la o asperizare a suprafetei
pentru a se asigura o buna aderenta pentru straturile urmatoare.
Atingerea intervalelor maxime de reacoperire, asigurarea unei bune aderente, precum si
bune proprietati mecanice implica asigurarea urmatoarelor:
-grundul trebuie aplicat intr-o grosime de strat uscat in jurul valorii de 50 m pentru
grundurile seria G 3900, seria G 3200S, seria G 3201, G 3202-1 sau G 4101 si 15 -20 m
pentru grunduri reactive seria G 4100P;
-stratul de grund obtinut trebuie sa fie uniform, de buna calitate si fara urme de pulverizare
uscata;
-conditiile de uscare si intarire vor fi conform celor specificate la punctul CONDITII DE
APLICARE pana la intarirea completa;
-suprafetele TREBUIE sa fie perfect curate inaintea reacoperirii;
Before re-coating, after exposure in contaminated environment, clean the surface thoroughly by
(high pressure) fresh water jetting and let it dry. If the maximum re-coating interval is exceeded,
roughening of the surface is necessary to ensure good intercoat adhesion to following coats.
For reaching the maximum re-coating intervals, ensuring a good adherence as well as good
mechanical properties the following conditions should be ensured:
-the primer has a dry film thickness as near as possible to 50m for the primers of G 3900 series,
G 3200S series, G 3201 series, G 3202-1 or G 4101 and 15 -20 m for reactive primers of
G 4100P series;
-the film formed is uniform, qualitative and "dry spray- free";
-the drying and curing conditions are according to the APPLICATION CONDITIONS until full cure is
obtained;
-the surfaces MUST be completely clean before re-coating;

Se interzice: prezenta oricaror surse de foc, vopsirea in spatii fara o ventilatie
corespunzatoare, contactul direct al pielii cu produsul respectiv, inhalarea prelungita a
vaporilor, ingerarea produsului.
All the operations of handling, transport, storage and use should be accomplished in strict
compliance with the fire prevention, safety and health norms. The presence of any fire source,
painting in areas without adequate ventilation, direct contact of skin with the respective product,
prolonged inhalation of vapors and ingestion of the product, should be forbidden.
