PDP goals:

Before I went to my Teaching Practice I put general and personal goals which I want
to achieve. These goals were:
Identify teachers strategies to manage the classroom.
Recognize the ways that teacher follow to teach.
Identify teachers method to evaluate the students. (Summative and formative)
Earn more ideas about creating activities.
Recognize the curriculum that school follow.
Identify which methodology that school follow. (EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emiliaetc.)
Get more teaching experiences.
Provide a good environment when I teach the students.
Help my MST.
Be more confidence.
Improve my English language.
Good dealing with the students.
Make a good relationship with the schools stuff.
Be a good attitude.
Get a lot of advices from my MST.
I achieved all my goals. I had good attitudes when I was in the Wesgreen International
School. I had a good relationship with my MST. I listened to her feedbacks and I tried
to apply her strategies. I copied her assessment strategies (summative and formative).
I focused more about how to assess students learning by taking note, observing them
while they did the activities. I helped my MCT during the lessons, in play time and
when she practice with the students about the production. I came more confident
when I taught students the lessons. I improved my English a lot when I was in WIS.
