DATA/DRAWINGS TO BE FURNISHED BY VENDOR AFTER THE

AWARD OF CONTRACT

The CONTRACTOR will submit the following key drawings/data having

engineering information as a minimum to the ENGINEER according to the
schedule which will be mutually agreed. Certified drawings will be delivered
by the CONTRACTOR not later than three (3) weeks after the approved
drawing are returned to him.

1. General arrangement of steam generator showing floor plans, purpose

of floors, sectional plans, cross sections, rear, front and side
elevations (Details such as staircases, landings, ladders, access
walkways, galleries, ducting etc., should be covered)

2. Boilers safety valve data (No off, size, capacities, set pressures,
over pressures, blow downs, reaction forces, self weights, locations,
drawings, etc.)

3. General arrangement of steam generator auxiliaries indicating location

of all fans, air preheaters, steam generator water circulation pump (if
provided), air and flue gas ducts, etc. and with equipment to comply
with requirement of item 1.02 of Section C1 (coal feeders, coal mills,
reject disposal system etc.)

4. a) Steam generator foundation drawing indicating layout of

columns, column and base plate sizes, location and magnitude
of loads, required for foundation design.

b) Steam generator auxiliary equipment viz. fans etc., outline

drawing with setting dimensions and foundation design.

5. General arrangement as in 1.01 and 1.02 above showing VENDORS

all terminal connections with coordinates and forces and moments at
those points

7. Boiler structural steel drawings:

a) Column drawings

b) Horizontal and vertical bracings

c) Roof supporting structure, staircases, landings, walkways, floor

foundation drawings.

16. Damper schedule indicating torque requirement make, type, angle of

travel, number of motor drives, quantity and scope

17. Desuperheater location and details (dimensions, self weight,

drawings)

18. Desuperheater piping layout with elevations in plan and section with
steam temperature control station

19. Soot blower layout location showing movement of and terminal sizes
including hanger and support details.

20. Water volumes of pressure parts and water volume of reheater

21. General arrangement drawing of fuel oil/gas and ignition oil/gas

burning system with piping, ducting, valves etc. around burners with
details of burners.

22. General arrangement drawing of coal burning system with piping

ducting, valves etc. around burners with details of burners to comply
with the requirement .
