JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

We, LEONARD VALENZUELA CALCANA and GREGORIA CALDINA,

both Filipinos, of legal ages, and with residences and postal address of San
Roque, Libertad, Antique, after having been duly sworn in accordance with
law, hereby depose and say:

1. That the Cadastral Lot No. 713-pt now declared in the name of Jose
A. Angor Jr. under Tax Declaration No. 11-0015-00454 located at San
Roque was part of Lot No. 713 in the name of Jose Unlayao;

2. That Jose Unlayao has long been dead and his heirs sold portions of
the said property to us;

3. That after the sale, we occupied our respective portions and

eventually decided apply for title of our respective shares;

4. The heirs executed an extrajudicial; settlement of estate with sale

dated September 19, 2014 before Atty. Manuel A. Polido, Jr.
docketed as Doc. No. 942, Page No. 101, Book No. VI, Series of
2014;

5. That however, we discovered that Jose Angor has deceitfully

acquired a tax declaration covering our land by presenting a Deed
of Sale which was executed by a certain Jose Unlayao only in 2014;

6. That said Jose Unlayao in Jose Angors instrument of sale was not
the same as the Jose Unlayao who was the owner of Lot 713;

7. That we are executing this affidavit jointly to attest to the truth of

the foregoing and for the purpose of annotating our adverse claim
to the tax declaration of Jose Angor over Lot No. 713-pt.
