In order to contact a brother for an interview by phone or in person, you
MUST know their full name.
If you are unable to get in contact with a brother, approach them if you see
them in person or wait a few days to contact again.
o If a brother consistently has not contacted you back and the end of
pledging is approaching, please let the VP of Recruitment know.
Interviews must only consist of professional and appropriate conversation.

quota, so as to lighten your load for future weeks.
o You are also able to contact abroad brothers interviews.

During the interviews, you will have the opportunity to get to know the
brothers and ask them questions. Feel free to take notes for later, but dont
let the notes distract from the conversation. We want you to get to know
us and enjoy these interviews!

The Pledge Review Process

If it is seen that a pledge is consistently conducting unprofessional behavior in front
of the brotherhood and/or not meeting pledge requirements, the pledge will receive
feedback, which could lead to a documented Pledge Action Plan. This is a continual
review process of each pledges improvements and efforts until the point of
initiation. While this is not a guarantee, pledges will often be notified of any
concerns that have arisen from the Fraternity and be able to offer and explanation
and a period for improvement.
