Excel Dashboard with Excel VBA Addin - Top Menu Left Pane

Hello Excel Experts,

We need dynamic interactive Dashboard template in Excel with a Custom Left Pane
to give Slicers and Search functions and a Custom Top Menu.
The Dashboard and Excel Addin should be compatible with Excel 2003, 2007 and 201
0.
Raw Datasheet will be in Excel file itself. ( optional - a local db probably - p
hase2 work)
There are 5 Dashboard sheets and one Pivot Report Sheet.
6-7 Charts and Filtered data in bottom in each dashboard sheets (Charts are most
ly replications. )
One Control Sheet where flexible configuration of dashboard is saved.
Optional : Apart from Slicers and Search function, ideally we would want All cha
rts and Table in one Active Dashboard Sheet to be in relationship with each othe
r. That is….there is a Filter function, so clicking one Chart area ..cr
eates a drill down or filters data of all charts and raw table in the Active das
hboard sheet.
What we need is a Flexible Dashboard Template, and NOT a fixed dashboard tied wi
th a fixed type of dataset.
All our datasets have exactly similar 6 fixed Dimensions. We want a Dashboard te
mplate , where we can change data of different Industry with minimal effort usin
g a control sheet.
Data can be large and in some industry can run into a million rows. Further we n
eed to provide a updated dashboard every month.
Any suggestions are welcome. We came up with a web based dashboard, but users re
fuse to use anything except Excel.

2) For Users - Ideally with a installable VSTO or VBA Excel Addin Exe Or Macro C
