IMPORTANTE: LÉASE ANTES DE COPIAR, INSTALAR O UTILIZAR EL SOFTWARE.
No use ni carge este software ni sus materiales afines (colectivamente, el "Soft
ware") hasta no haber leído cuidadosamente los siguientes términos y condiciones
. Al cargar o usar el Software, conviene en observar los términos de este contra
to. Si no desea prestar su consentimiento, no instale ni use el Software.
Tenga en cuenta también que:
* Si usted es un fabricante original de equipos (OEM), proveedor independiente d
e hardware (IHV) o proveedor independiente de Software (ISV), la totalidad de es
te CONTRATO DE LICENCIA se aplica a usted;
* Si usted es un usuario final, solamente el Apéndice A del CONTRATO DE LICENCIA
DE SOFTWARE INTEL se aplica en su caso.
Para OEM, IHV e ISV:
LICENCIA. Este Software se licencia para uso exclusivo con los productos compon
entes de Intel. Sujeto a los términos de este contrato, Intel le concede una lic
encia no exclusiva, intransferible, mundial y completamente pagada bajo los dere
chos de propiedad intelectual de Intel para:
a) usar, modificar y copiar Software de manera interna con fines de desa
rrollo y mantenimiento propios; y para
b) modificar, copiar y distribuir Software, incluso obras derivadas del
mismo, a sus usuarios finales, pero solamente en virtud de un contrato de licenc
ia que contenga términos de un carácter al menos tan limitativo como el de los c
ontenidos en el Contrato de Licencia final para usuario único de Intel, adjunto
como Apéndice A; y para
c) modificar, copiar y distribuir la documentación para usuarios finales
que podrá incluirse con el Software, pero únicamente en relación con el Softwar
e.
Si usted no es el fabricante o proveedor final de un equipo o programa informáti
co que incorpore el Software, podrá transferir una copia del Software, incluso l
as obras derivadas del Software (y la documentación afín para usuarios finales)
a su recipiente para que éste lo utilice en conformidad con los términos de este
contrato, siempre que dicho recipiente convenga en obligarse plenamente en virt
ud de los términos aquí expresados. No cederá, sublicenciará, arrendará ni de ni
nguna otra manera transferirá o divulgará el Software a terceros. No descompilar
á, desensamblará o de otra manera deconstruirá el Software con la finalidad de m
odificarlo.
Salvo lo indicado expresamente en este contrato, no se le otorga licencia o dere
cho directamente o por implicación, incentivo, impedimento legal u otro motivo.
Intel tendrá el derecho de inspeccionar los registros pertinentes que usted pose
a, o pedir a un auditor independiente que lo haga, para verificar su cumplimient
o de los términos y condiciones de este contrato.
CONFIDENCIALIDAD. Si desea que un asesor o subcontratista tercero ("Contratista"
) realice trabajos a nombre suyo que suponga acceso al Software o uso de él, obt
endrá del Contratista un contrato de confidencialidad que contenga términos y ob
ligaciones en relación con el acceso al Software o su uso que revistan un caráct
er al menos tan limitativo como los estipulados en este contrato, con exclusión
de todo derecho de distribución, y en relación al uso con otros fines.
De otra manera, usted no divulgará los términos de este contrato o su existencia
, ni usará la razón social Intel en ninguna publicación o anuncio comercial sin
contar con el consentimiento previo por escrito de Intel. No tiene derecho de us
ar ninguna de las marcas comerciales o logotipos de Intel.
PROPIEDAD DEL SOFTWARE Y LOS "COPYRIGHTS". Intel o sus proveedores retienen el t
ítulo de propiedad de todas las copias del Software. El Software está amparado p
or las leyes de copyright de los Estados Unidos y países extranjeros, así como p
or disposiciones de tratados internacionales. Prohibido eliminar avisos de copyr
ight del Software. Intel podrá efectuar modificaciones en el Software o en eleme
ntos a los que en él se haga referencia, en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso
, pero Intel no se responsabiliza de proporcionar asistencia técnica respecto de
l Software o de actualizarlo. Excepto donde se haya estipulado en contrario, Int
el no otorga ningún derecho expreso o implícito en virtud de sus patentes, derec
hos de propiedad intelectual, de marcas comerciales o de otros derechos de propi
edad intelectual. Podrá transferir el Software únicamente si el recipiente consi
ente en obligarse plenamente a observar estos términos y si usted no retiene nin
guna copia del Software.
GARANTÍA LIMITADA DEL MEDIO FÍSICO. Si Intel ha distribuido el Software en medio
físico (cd, floppy, etc.), Intel garantiza que dicho medio físico está libre de
defectos de material por un período de 90 (noventa) días a partir de la fecha d
e entrega. Si se identifica tal defecto, devuelva el medio físico a Intel para s
u reemplazo. El reemplazo del Software podrá ser en el mismo medio físico u otr
o medio, a discreción de Intel.
EXCLUSIÓN DE OTRAS GARANTÍAS. EXCEPTO LO YA DISPUESTO, SE PROPORCIONA EL SOFTWAR
E EN EL ESTADO EN QUE SE ENCUENTRA Y SIN GARANTÍAS EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS DE NING
ÚN TIPO, ENTRE OTRAS, GARANTÍAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, AUSENCIA DE VIOLACIONES O ID
ONEIDAD PARA UN FIN DETERMINADO. Intel no garantiza ni asume responsabilidad de
la exactitud o integridad de ningún tipo de información, texto, gráficos, enlace
s u otros componentes del Software.
LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD. NI INTEL NI SUS PROVEEDORES EN NINGÚN CASO SERÁN
RESPONSABLES EN RELACIÓN CON CUALQUIER DAÑO (ENTRE OTROS, PÉRDIDA DE UTILIDADES,
INTERRUPCIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD COMERCIAL O PÉRDIDA DE INFORMACIÓN) EMERGENTES DEL
USO O IMPOSIBILIDAD DE USO DEL SOFTWARE, INCLUSO SI SE HA INFORMADO A INTEL DE
LA POSIBILIDAD DE QUE DICHOS DAÑOS OCURRAN. PUESTO QUE EN ALGUNAS JURISDICCIONES
SE PROHIBE LA EXCLUSIÓN O LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD EN RELACIÓN CON GARANTÍ
AS IMPLÍCITAS O CON DAÑOS INDIRECTOS O INCIDENTALES, LA LIMITACIÓN ANTERIORMENTE
CITADA QUIZÁS NO SE APLIQUE EN SU CASO. USTED TAMBIÉN PODRÁ RETENER OTROS DEREC
HOS LEGALES, QUE VARIARÁN DE UNA JURISDICCIÓN A OTRA.
RESCISIÓN DE ESTE CONTRATO. Intel podrá rescindir de este contrato en cualquier

irá inmediatamente el Software o devolverá sus copias a Intel.

contratos sobre enajenación de bienes. Queda prohibido exportar el Software de u
na manera que viole la legislación y reglamento de aplicación sobre exportacione
s. Intel no está obligado en virtud de ningún otro contrato, excepto que se expr
ese por escrito y esté firmado por un representante autorizado de Intel.
DERECHOS RESTRINGIDOS DEL ESTADO. Se proporciona el Software con "DERECHOS RESTR
INGIDOS". El uso, duplicación o divulgación por parte del gobierno queda sujeto

CONTRATO DE LICENCIA DE SOFTWARE DE INTEL (Final, Usuario individual)
IMPORTANTE: LÉASE ANTES DE COPIAR, INSTALAR O UTILIZAR.
No use ni cargue este software ni sus materiales afines (colectivamente, el "Sof
tware") hasta no haber leído cuidadosamente los siguientes términos y condicione
s. Al cargar o usar el Software, conviene en observar los términos de este contr
ato. Si no desea prestar su consentimiento, no instale ni use el Software.
LICENCIA. Podrá copiar el Software en una sola computadora para uso personal y r
esidencial, y podrá realizar una copia de seguridad del Software, sujeto a estas
condiciones:
1. Este Software se licencia para uso exclusivo con los productos componentes de
Intel. El uso del Software con productos componentes no provenientes de Intel C
orporation no está cubierto bajo esta licencia.
2. Prohibido copiar, modificar, arrendar, vender, distribuir o transferir, en to
do o en parte, el Software, salvo según lo estipulado en este contrato, y usted
conviene en impedir la copia no autorizada del Software.
3. Prohibido aplicar técnicas de desconstrucción del Software para modificarlo,
descompilar el Software o desensamblarlo.
4. Prohibido sublicenciar el Software o permitir el uso simultáneo de él por más
de un usuario.
5. El Software podrá contener programas u otra propiedad de terceros proveedores
, algunos de los cuales podrán identificarse en un archivo adjunto llamado "lice
nse.txt" o en otro texto o archivo, cuyos términos se adjuntan a esta licencia.

"Software") until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. B
y loading or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If yo
u do not wish to so agree, do not install or use the Software.
Please Also Note:
* If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Independent Hardware Vend
or (IHV), or Independent Software Vendor (ISV), this complete LICENSE AGREEMENT
applies;
* If you are an End-User, then only Exhibit A, the INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEM
ENT, applies.
For OEMs, IHVs, and ISVs:
LICENSE. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel compon
ent products. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component produ
cts is not licensed hereunder. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel gra
nts to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide, fully paid-up license und
er Intel's copyrights to:
a) use, modify and copy Software internally for your own development and
maintenance purposes; and
b) modify, copy and distribute Software, including derivative works of t
he Software, to your end-users, but only under a license agreement with terms at
least as restrictive as those contained in Intel's Final, Single User License A
greement, attached as Exhibit A; and
 c) modify, copy and distribute the end-user documentation which may acco
mpany the Software, but only in association with the Software.
If you are not the final manufacturer or vendor of a computer system or software
program incorporating the Software, then you may transfer a copy of the Softwar
e, including derivative works of the Software (and related end-user documentatio
n) to your recipient for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, pro
vided such recipient agrees to be fully bound by the terms hereof. You shall no
t otherwise assign, sublicense, lease, or in any other way transfer or disclose
Software to any third party. You shall not reverse- compile, disassemble or othe
rwise reverse-engineer the Software.
Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, no license or right is granted to
you directly or by implication, inducement, estoppel or otherwise. Intel shall
have the right to inspect or have an independent auditor inspect your relevant r
ecords to verify your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement
.
CONFIDENTIALITY. If you wish to have a third party consultant or subcontractor (
"Contractor") perform work on your behalf which involves access to or use of Sof
tware, you shall obtain a written confidentiality agreement from the Contractor
which contains terms and obligations with respect to access to or use of Softwar
e no less restrictive than those set forth in this Agreement and excluding any d
istribution rights, and use for any other purpose.
Otherwise, you shall not disclose the terms or existence of this Agreement or us
e Intel's name in any publications, advertisements, or other announcements witho
ut Intel's prior written consent. You do not have any rights to use any Intel t
rademarks or logos.
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS. Title to all copies of the Software remain
s with Intel or its suppliers. The Software is copyrighted and protected by the
laws of the United States and other countries, and international treaty provisio
ns. You may not remove any copyright notices from the Software. Intel may make c
hanges to the Software, or to items referenced therein, at any time and without
notice, but is not obligated to support or update the Software. Except as otherw
ise expressly provided, Intel grants no express or implied right under Intel pat
ents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You may tra
nsfer the Software only if the recipient agrees to be fully bound by these terms
and if you retain no copies of the Software.
LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY. If the Software has been delivered by Intel on physical
media, Intel warrants the media to be free from material physical defects for a
period of ninety (90) days after delivery by Intel. If such a defect is found, r
eturn the media to Intel for replacement or alternate delivery of the Software a
s Intel may select.
EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDE
D "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANT
IES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. I
ntel does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness
of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the So
ftware.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS IN
TERRUPTION OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE TH
E SOFTWARE, EVEN IF INTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. S
OME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED WARR
ANTIES OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT A

TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Softw
are or return all copies of the Software to Intel.
APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the la
ws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Na
tions Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Soft
ware in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obliga
ted under any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an autho
rized representative of Intel.
GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use
of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprie
tary rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel Corporation, 2200 Missi
on College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95052.

commercial use, and you may make one back-up copy of the Software, subject to th

1. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel component pr
oducts. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component products is
not licensed hereunder.
2. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any part of the
Software except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to prevent unauthor
ized copying of the Software.
3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
4. You may not sublicense or permit simultaneous use of the Software by more tha
n one user.
5. The Software may contain the software or other property of third party suppli
ers, some of which may be identified in, and licensed in accordance with, any en
closed "license.txt" file or other text or file.

TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
