With 50lbs Gone My Body Is Marathon Ready!

My senior year of college I weighed 170 and after I graduated I was determined to
work out and train for my marathon and marathon runs, but still managed to let
my weight get up to 194 lbs. I was concerned with getting up to almost 200 lbs.
Knew I needed to do something about it, I found Nuview Nutrition from an on-line
research for a local nutritionist. I started my customized program with Nuview
Nutrition in September 2015.
When I started going to Nuview Nutrition they welcomed me and I felt no judgement
about my weight. They asked me about my goals and what I wanted to work on. I

weight. Even before the holidays Carly helped me stay focused on not gaining
weight. I was still allowed my cookie and a glass of wine, but I stayed on track to
lose. By June 2016, I was down to 145 which was my goal weight! I felt so much
better about myself and felt the long-distance runs were easier on my body by
not carrying around 50 lbs. of extra weight. Thank you, Nuview Nutrition!

As you might imagine, the return on investments is
quite low as compared to what individual investors
are earning, but we have significantly improved the
return by cutting costs. For many years, the
Treasurers Office paid a management fee of approxi-
mately $30,000 per year to a financial advisory firm to
advise the Treasurer on investment strategy. Given
that over 90% of our investments were in U.S. Trea-

Act 20 is so restrictive.
After presenting all of this to the Township Board
in 2013, I requested that we establish an Investment
Advisory Committee of residents with investment and
banking backgrounds who could assist in reviewing
investment strategy. The Township Board agreed and
we were able to eliminate the financial advisors and
save $30,000 each year.

been held back due to things such as
allergies. Everything is funny and interesting
to him, but he takes this spelling bee
extremely seriously."
He also has a quirk, Carter shared.
"His whole thing is a 'magic foot' which is
able to spell out his word."
William Barfee isn't the only character with
a quirk.
Leaf Coneybear, played by Max Lies, goes
into a trance when he is given a word.
"He is very forgetful and absent-minded,"
Lies said about Leaf. "He typically doesn't
know what the word is and has never heard
of it."
He added it's easy to step into the role.
"I can really do, in some sense, whatever
I want," Lies smiled. "Coneybear has a bit of
comic relief - I fall off chairs, have my own
tap dance ballet sole where I just imagine I
am playing with toys. I am kind of my
character in real life."
Also vying to win the spelling bee is
Marcy Park, played by Sam Carter, who
finished ninth in the nationals and is able to
do everything.
"She is a very good speller," said Sam.
"She is on her 'A' game and this is her place.
Marcy is good at everything. There's not a
thing she can't do. She is overachieving at
every aspect of life. She sometimes finds it
can be a little stressful having to be good at
everything. She doesn't want to disappoint
anyone by being bad. Her inner struggle is
finding the balance between being
successful and also being happy."
Sam added it's fun to play Marcy because
