1. What is your personal view about professional growth?
A continuous education through enrolling graduate studies courses, surfing internet,
and enrolling to online courses, so I can give more knowledge to my students.
2. Which of the professional ethics do you adhere most? Why?
Building good relationships with my students and even parents. Because its the
only way to connect with them and able to touch their hearts. So that, students and
parents can approach me any time.
3. How do you manage to attain professional growth?
Studying. Give time to study. Undergo trainings.

1. What collaborative relationships does the school have with the community?
The school is always in partner with the LGU especially during disasters and
calamities. It has always been the evacuation center of families.
2. What are the projects of the PTA?
PTA Projects of the school is related to repainting and maintenance of rooms.
3. In what community activities are the teachers expected to participate? How often
they participate in this activities?
They serve flood or fire victim families evacuated in the school, through providing
information, such as weather updates, attend to their needs and queries.
4. What are the community resources that can be utilize by the school? How often
are they utilize by the teachers?
The community resources that can be utilized by the school are donations from
LGU, non-LGU, Alumni Association. These resources are used for improvement
purposes for the school.

1. What is your personal view about global education?
Global education is being updated with the new trends or practices in the education
system of other countries, and if applicable to our Philippines, the same must be
applied.
2. What makes a global teacher?
A global teacher is someone who is knowledgeable with her field, fully equipped
with skills. She too is open-minded and adaptable to changes. She knows too how to
manipulate computer and be able to surf the internet for benchmarking activities
related to education.
3. Do you like to become a global teacher? What will you do to become a global
teacher?
Yes, to be able to become a global teacher I should have the willingness to continue
to study. I must be open-minded and adaptable to changes.
