Please use your Login ID and password to check for circulars, assignments etc. on a regular basis. Login ID and password will also be given to the students of Grade III upwards. Kindly note that the last working day before summer vacation will be 22.06.2017 for students. Classes will commence after the summer vacation on 10.09.2017 for K.G. to Grade IX and on 23.08.2017 for students of Grade X and XI Timing 7:50 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. For Kindergarten 7:50 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. For Primary Section (Grade I Grade V) 7:50 a.m. to 2:40p.m. For Secondary Section (Grade VI Grade X) Buses will depart from the campus at 2:50 p.m. Children must be dressed in neat and complete uniform. Girls - Navy blue skirt, Cream colour shirt with school emblem, scarf with lining blue & white, white socks, plain black shoes, navy blue cardigan (in winter). Boys - Navy blue shorts / pants, cream colour shirt with school emblem, tie with blue & white stripes, white socks and plain black shoes. Navy blue V-neck cardigan (in winter). P.T. House Colour T-shirt along with white pants with a House Colour Border, White socks and white Sports shoes. For Grade III upwards, we have introduced a Blazer for all girls and boys. This will be available for purchase from Lulu Hypermarket at Madinat Zayed from. It is compulsory for all students of Grade III upwards to have this Blazer. K.G.I & K.G.II Girls White divided skirt, Red colour top with school emblem, white socks, and plain black shoes. Red Jacket with hood for winter For P.T. Boys - White shorts / pants, Red colour shirt with school emblem, white socks and plain black shoes.Red jacket with hood for winter. For P.T. White divided skirt, White colour top, white socks and plain white shoes. It is mandatory for students to be dressed in complete school uniform during the regular working hours of the school. The girls should refrain from using eyeliner, heavy jewelry, finger rings, bindhis, nail polish and long earrings. For very short hair, use black hair band and for long hair-two pony tails or two plaits depending on the length of the hair with black hair bands. Hair should be combed well and only ear studs are allowed. Students who wear black scarf should pin it up neatly. Boys should get their hair cut at regular intervals. It should be well trimmed and no style is allowed. The time-table will be available on our parent portal/ Student Portal. The school bag is to be packed as per the daily timetable to avoid students carrying an extra load to school. All existing students are requested to report to school with the existing ID Cards. New students are requested to report to school with the temporary ID cards already issued. The school diary for the academic year 2017-2018 will be distributed to students on the first day of school. All parents are requested to fill up the first three pages of the school diary with the necessary information and submit the same to the class teacher latest by 13/04/2017 Parents are requested to label all of their wards childs belongings. Parents are requested to inform the school of their childs absence by either sending an e-mail to info@adiswathba.com/ict@adiswathba.com or calling the school on 02-5831991 between 8.00am and 8.30am. The facility of Leave Application online is also available. If you are unable to attend a Parent Teacher Meet, you can meet the Principal, Supervisors and Teachers by making a prior appointment by calling the school reception on 025831991 or sending a request to our school e-mail. School Transport: The school will provide the transport to and from Al Wathba. Please be at your bus stop at least 5 mins prior to the time given to you. It is mandatory for all students using own transportation to arrive at the school campus at 7:50 a.m. The school gates will close for the assembly at 7:50 a.m. after which no student will be granted entry into the school.
