-The assessment will be, by observing each child and ask them what are they doing, and
let them explain to me. If they use the word of pattern that means they did
understand the concept of the pattern.

in general I have different levels of cognitive development

Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other
teachers about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style
etc.
Management was very good because I think I engage them very well, I was able to pull
their attention more than usual I changed my voice tone and level I made them say by
their words what is the pattern about. Even the activities most of them were having fun
while they are doing it. They shows an understanding of the concept because I notice that
they were doing pattern from the cubes that were in front of them in the circle area so I
think that they apply the Bandura theory of cognitive and social learning. Children pay
attention to some of these people (models) and encode their behavior. At a later time
they may imitate (i.e. copy) the behavior they have observed (McLeod, 2016)
Reference
I thought about using alternative strategy similar to reword system thing because reword
system is not acceptable in this school.
Transition management I will apply a new strategy with my MST to help me mange the
transition.
