Assessment Plan

1. Entry Level:
a. Questions: Series of questions about the game of Soccer. It will cover

history, skills, teams, rules, and many more. As students answer the

questions, their knowledge level about Soccer will increase and the

teacher will get a better Idea on how to approach the class.


2. Formative:
a. Questions to check for understanding: these questions will be asked after

each content (steps) within the lesson in order to assess the current level of

understanding after learning each concept. These questions will be

answered online.
b. Concept Maps: These online maps will help students to examine their

knowledge in regards to the soccer skills and critical elements related to

them.
c. Graphic Organizer: This activity will assess students knowledge in

regards to a soccer practice which was done by the students. The students

will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge in regards to Soccer.


d. Mid-lesson Assessments: Quizlet Matching which will challenge students

in regards to what they have learned about Soccer.


3. Summative:
a. Performance: Students will show their performance in regards to each skill

learned. For example, students will be given the task of dribbling the ball.
b. Tests: this test will be given in a form of an online quiz (multiple choice

and true or false). It will assess the knowledge of students in regards to the

lessons thought about Soccer.
