SCHEDULE OF FINES
The Lake Vista Estates Property Owners Association has established the following Schedule of Fines for
Covenant, Bylaw, and/or ACC violations and any applicable monetary penalties for continued violations.
This Schedule is subject to amendment or modification from time to time by the Board of Directors. The
fining procedure can be found in Section 6.10 of the Bylaws. The Board reserves the right to demand
immediate correction of a violation in such circumstances which pose a danger to safety or property.
