It's my great pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for [V{r. Badawi as he pursues
a Master student position in Australia. As a Head of Biochemistry Department, I knew Mr.
Badawi who impressed me with his intellectual curiosity, passion for global culture$, and
adventurous spirit. Given his background in English, l'm confident that he would make an
excellent addition to your university

I taught him biochernistry and I alsCI worked closely with him in the biochemistry laboratory.
He's a talented lecturer assistant who gives insightful commentary in writing report and class
discussions for the students. I know that he has the verbal skills and depth of thought to be
an engaging researcher and lecturer in the future.

I recall one insightful paper he wrote as co-author entitled small interferring RNA (siRNA)
potension in inhibition of E6 and E7 gene expression on Human Pavilloma Virus (HPV) as
an etfort of cervical cancer eradication. His passion in molecular biology shone through his
words" Mr. Badawi's passionate about connecting with people acros$ cultures, whether that
means exploring new ideas through world literature or volunteering as an assistant in
biochemistry laboratory.

Mr. Badawi has my wholehearted and unequivocal support in his search a Master Student
