Since 1987 the researcher explores on human skills (individual or collective skills) correlated with nature
skills. By taking nature laws, principles,cycles, rhythms, plants, weather, animals, minerals and other
nature phenomena as symbolic representations of the human phenomena.!
Publications like: " phases of matter, water and emotions " for example, will focus on the study of human
phenomena through the symbolic representation of it, through the phases of matter of water and the 4
seasons.!
As well other publications have suggested to his students and customers methods in which the
phenomena of nature is useful as for purpose of representation, symbol, and as such, element of

For example the study of the trees, forest, as a model for organic sustainable development, and method
for coaching (The Golden Tree of Life Method, Published by the researcher) utilized for the setting of
milestones; as well to be utilized by combining it with the 09 Elements & The heart Method, The Sleipnir
Diary Method and the SWOT.9+ Method.!
Ethology Theta, ethology of the human phenomena, suggests the study of human behavior through the
primordial symbolic language generated by nature itself, taking nature phenomena as symbol, used for
representation of the human phenomena.!
For example, the researcher in the field of strategic management, has suggested to study corporate, its
organizational models, their cultures, principles and guidelines for decision making, behavior, collective
behavior (team), emotional intelligence, perception, strategy and mission statement, through the creation
of an image, metaphor or symbol, phenomena of nature, in particular an animal, plant, material, weather,
and others, including magical beasts.!

An organization that fulfills all wishes of the customers: Unicorn Type.!
An organization that behaves as a high predator: which type? Wolf ?, Lion ? Tiranosaurius Rex ? Shark ?

The Sleipnir method for example takes the image of the Sleipnir, 8 legged horse, as a symbol of the
method, and reference to the stage of development wished for its practitioner: the ability to travel among

and principles of nature, biohacking, personal development and human potential. His know how has been upgraded
since 2000 several times, now known as Prime Tech Theta, includes assessment tools, strategy and decision making
tools, methods for the quantification of value, score card, as well as Training programs for self-management,
coaching, team building and personal development.!
He provides holistic training programs, in which personal development and self-management is integrated to practical
