The weekend is being co-ordinated by Mike Palin and Claire Banham
of the267project, a local charity which supports church youth and
childrens work.

Our venue is: Felden Lodge, Hemel Hempstead,
Hertfordshire, HP3 0BB
Head past Hemel Hempstead Station on the A4251 London Rd, once under
the bridge turn left just before Boxmoor House Hotel onto Felden Lane. Drive
up Felden Lane and look for the entrance on your right by the green. Drive
all the way down the drive between the fields and then you will arrive.
Please park in front of the sports hall.

If you need to cancel your booking and do this before April 28th we will be
able to give you a full refund. If you have to cancel within 3 weeks of the date
of the weekend we will only be able to refund you 25%.
 This is an exciting weekend away for anyone in
school years 6, 7 & 8
The weekend will include a whole host of games and activities,
space to relax with friends, great food, time to hear just how
amazing Jesus is and more fun than you can imagine!!

The cost of the weekend is 85.00, (75 each if more than 1

person from the same family comes)
45 (40) deposit to be paid by 21st April
then the 40 (35) balance by 5th May
This includes accommodation, all food and activity sessions

Please bring with you a towel, washing gear, warm outdoor

clothes, a spare pair of shoes or trainers, a waterproof coat,
slippers, a bible, notebook, pen and some munchies to share
with everyone (nothing with nuts in it, thanks).

map enclosed, please follow the directions on this form and
dont rely on your Satnav!

You will need to arrive on Friday between 6.00pm 6.15pm,

in time for our 6.30pm evening meal
