Advises students and parents on financial aid, account, and bursar matters including work study,
loans, scholarships, grants, and installment plans.
Regularly meets with Spanish speaking families about their students financial aid and bursar account.
Supervises 10-15 student workers responsible for completing special projects and staffing the
welcome desk.
Coordinates professional development for student workers, including resume workshops, leadership
training, emergency situation training.
