1. Scope of Supply
Supply of Low voltage spare parts
Generally, any supplies, engineering or services not mentioned clearly in this offer are excluded
from suppliers scope & responsibilities.

2. Out of Scope / works

i. Installation works
ii. Cables works
iii. Any civil works
iv. The scope of works is limited to the predefined works as in clauses 1 above

3. Validity
This offer is open for acceptance for one month from date of issue beyond this date, Schneider
Electric Egypt is entitled to review / modify / cancel the prices and/or conditions of this offer.

4. Prices
Prices are according to the attached price list

5. Payment Conditions
50% of the total value of the items as an advanced payment with the order.
50%of the total value of the order upon delivery.

6. Delivery Schedule
2 Months after the date of coming into force of contract.

7. Coming into force of contract

Contract comes into force after the following events:

Signature of the contract by both parties or receiving the confirmed letter of intent.
Receiving the advance payment as per clause 5 of this offer.

If the contract is not in force within the validity period, the Schneider Electric Egypt is entitled to
reconsider the prices and conditions of the contract.
