Description PRIMAL C-41 Emulsion, a product of Dow Coating Materials, is a water-based acrylic
styrene emulsion designed to provide excellent scrub, water resistance, alkaline resistance
and adhesion to various substances.

PRIMAL C-41 Emulsion is suitable for wide range of applications from architectural paints to
metal coatings. PRIMAL C-41 Emulsion is compatible with a broad selection of other paint
ingredients, providing the paint formulation with a wide range of raw material choice.
