Telegraph January 27, 2017 A class of high school students taking a Human Development Across a Lifespan class decided to organize a project called Raiders Reaching Out, which contributes to the hands-on style that is used in the class. The class is offered to kids in grades 10 through 12 to teach them the physical, cognitive and emotion development of specific sets of individuals. In 2016, Raiders Reaching Out took on the task of helping homeless teenagers. They did this by learning about the teens situations and collecting donations and also making care packages. For this years project, the students decided to study the emotional, physical and cognitive effects on people in the armed forces throughout their life.
