Quenched jobs to be tempered.

Jobs loading in the tempering basket batch qty-as per control

plan max 450kgs +Jig weight max 150kgs.

3 samples to be loaded along with tempering jobs.

Job loaded in the tempering furnace.

To set the temperature as per control plan.

Soaking time given as per spec in control plan.

After soaking time Completed samples has to be checked

Jobs unloaded from the tempering furnace

Random samples to be checked in each layer

Jobs to be spreaded in the M.S. tray for air cooling.
