RULES AND REGULATIONS
CORPORATE TROPHY
The Corporate Trophy will be won by the Company (Corporate) with the
maximum points across all categories of events in Corporate Carnival
2017.
Points System: Gold: 10 pts, Silver: 7 pts, Bronze: 5 pts, Semi-Finalists: 3
pts, Participation: 1 pt
ACTIVE EMPLOYER AWARD:
A special award would be given to the corporate with maximum number
of participants for promoting sports and healthy lifestyle amongst
employees.
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS:
Gold, Silver and Bronze medals are to be won by employees and their kids
across all categories of events.
COMMON RULES:
For every sport, all the respective referee decisions will be considered
as the nal decision to which all participants must comply.
Any challenge against referees decision will be treated as misconduct.
RULES FOR U-15:
A participant can represent either of his father's or mother's company
U-15 teams are for Cricket, Football, Chess, Carrom, Dancing & Singing
All participants must be born on or after 01.07.2002. Carry identity and
age proof for verication at venue.
Other Rules remain the same as for normal categories.
NOTES:
The Organizers reserve the right to cancel any sport / event if enough entries are not received | Participation information forms have to be sent
minimum 1 week prior to the event date | Draws and timings of your matches will be informed to you 1 day prior to the event.
Refunds for registration can be claimed by 23rd May 2017. All refunds will be processed on 5th June 2017. |No Refunds will be processed for
