Administrative Assistant work with Fleet Bank in several different departments including Risk
Management and High Yield Banking
Maintained calendars, travel arrangements, calendar management, all departmental travel
arrangements, researched outstanding or questionable department expenses, , collection of
information and updating monthly PowerPoint presentations/reports of departmental
performance. Detailed tracking of expenses related to deals that directors were working on.
Performed internet research for directors and analysts, Creative solutions for unique
requests as needed by Managing Directors (including photography for newsletters, creation
of movie poster replicas for awards dinner etc.)
Allegiance Internet: Working with the VP of Strategic Marketing, I created Excel reports for
administering, tracking and analyzing the monthly progress and effectiveness of a Channel Partner
sales program.
Processed and expedited signed contracts from new Channel Partners, and maintained a
database of these. Processed monthly commissions for partners and resellers, researched
and resolved issues where needed.
Tracked weekly progress of several marketing campaigns and directed inquiries to the
appropriate US regional sales managers.
Optimized and formatted prospect lists for uploading into lead databases. Helped VP to
prioritize action items where necessary.
Also assisted Director of Project Management in documenting the commissions payment process and
determining its value to the company and where savings/cuts could be made
