Specific Objective: By the end of this lesson students will improve their respectful
communication skills with their teammates. Example: Explaining to a teammate where
their next card is, being able to ask teammates for help, listening to advice of
teammates where to look for cards. Ill assess this by observation, listening, checks for
understanding, and a final review of the activity.

Concomitant Objective: Students will be active and having a good time.

has ever played a memory game?
Today we will be doing both! We are playing a card
game called Full House.

Once everyone is seated I will begin explaining

The goal of this game is to get all 5 cards of your suite
from under the cones.
Only one player can be in the middle at a time.
You can only take one card at a time.
You can only take your own teams cards.
First team to get all 5 of their cards in a pile and sit in a
single file line will win.
Safety
- Since we will be running in the middle around
cones be aware of your surroundings
- Do not push your classmates
- Use positive language when cheering on and
trying to help your teammates.
