can I write in 12 hours?

countered a problem: two rocky pillars in my path stood 60 ft apart, but my spherical
balloon was 100 ft wide. I began venting the hot air out of the balloon as quickly as pos-
sible, decreasing the volume by 500f t3 /ming. Fortunately, the balloon just fit through,
being exactly 60 ft wide at the instant I passed between the pillars. How quickly was
the radius decreasing at that moment? (Recall, if a sphere is 100 ft wide, its radius is
50 ft).

3. My tear-collecting bucket is broken, and the only object I have for tear-collecting is
a plastic box with a square 3m by 3m base, 4m high. If the prospect of a final exam
causes my students to shed 5m3 of tears per second, how quickly is the water level in
the bucket rising after 12 second?
