Function DB11..
A Limiting Valve is used to limit the downstream
(delivered) pressure to a value less than the main system
pressure.
In a braking system a typical use of the valve is to limit AC155.
the pressure on the rear axle of a drawbar trailer as well
as in the air suspension or auxiliary systems.
The DB11.. valves are fully adjustable, the limited output
pressure is changed by turning the adjusting screw
on the bottom of the valve. The pressure setting of
AC155. valves is locked and cannot be changed by the
customer.
For ease of installation, the DB11.. range of valves has
an integral mounting bracket. The AC155. range of
valves can be mounted using 2 x M8 bolts.
