Ability to plan both my and my team in order to achieve a specific

During my over 10 year work experience I constantly manage and prioritise my work load
according to the specific company guidelines.
Always follow company guidelines it is to reach best results.
This is a fundamental attribute it help me to increase team dynamics.
When I work for SAS Pine as a Network Administrator, I had to plan and design a new IP
Address scheme for new office.
This was a critical part IP Address conjunction with others make service unavailable.
First I plan out the remaining task that needs to be done daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
Talk with team members and consider their daily tasks and select easiest route to completion.
I talk with my managers and instruct them how this task important to the company.
After that I propose new IP Addressing scheme to the management within given time frame.
Then I implemented the IP Address to the new computers and it was highly successful.
The result was very progressive and management showed good impression whilst it plan in
advanced and does not affect any individual.
Describe an example of a time when you identified a way to improve
services for clients.
In my current role as Customer service/ Production Assistant at Brand Developers I have seen
sometimes customer may not getting right product as they ordered.
Brand Developers handled over 400 products.
Customer point of view it important they having right product as an example skin care
products
Customer need these product according to their skin colour.
I realised this is a problem with packaging team and they are getting variety of information
on their invoices which could easily mismatch with others.
I talk with management and proposed to reduce some unnecessary facts on invoices.

Over the past 13 years, I have provided a highly flexible approach to my work place.
