Initial Phase - Workflow

In the Initial stage of AutoArticle intgration into Legalinc, the following basic functionality will be implemented:

- When the Order Status changes to DocPrep, AutoArticle API will be called to generate the document. This will be done using the TaskWorker concept we have decided

- Also in the Documents tab of an Order, there will be a Refresh and Generate Document button, which the user can perform actions

- There will not be any success / failure confirmation about the API call to AutoArticle, as it is an async request happening in the background

- The processing user needs to refresh the Order detail page / refresh the Documents tab to see the generated document

- If any error is encontered in the API call, it will not be shown to the user

- Will be supporting LLC & INC entitytypes for 23 states as of now

Initial Phase & Assumptions

- There will not be any functionality to embed signature into PDF, but it will be supported in HTML templates

- Will going with the mapping fields we are confirmed about

- Task Worker related UI will not be implemented initial phase

- We have considered only little time for modifying/handling the testing feedback requests and major changes will be implemented after the basic implementation
